Terms and Conditions for 4G Data Sim Card Services

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING OUR SERVICES. BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. About Us
These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Parklive Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13260765 registered office at 85 Barlby Road (Unit 25), London W10 6BN ("we", "us", "our").
2. Agreement Formation
2.1 By placing an order and checking the acceptance box, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
2.2 You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you order

All information you provide is accurate and complete

You are ordering for use at a UK business or limited company address
3. Services
3.1 We will provide:

4G SIM card(s) for use with EV charging systems
-
Data connectivity services as specified in your order
-
Technical support during business hours
3.2 Initial costs:
-
£12.50 (excluding VAT) per SIM card
-
Monthly subscription of £12.00 (excluding VAT) by direct debit, or
-
Annual subscription of £120.00 (excluding VAT) by direct debit
3.3 Data allowance:
-
500MB per calendar month included
-
Additional data charged at £12.00 (excluding VAT) per 500MB
-
Pre-purchased data available at £10.00 (excluding VAT) per 500MB
-
Unused data expires monthly
4. Usage Restrictions
-
Services must only be used at your specified EV charging installation site
-
SIM cards must only be used in our approved routers
-
Services are exclusively for EV charging system operation
5. Term and Cancellation
5.1 Minimum term: 3 years from service activation
5.2 After the minimum term:

One month's written notice required for cancellation
-
Notice must be sent to data@parklive.uk
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Direct Debit payments:
-
Collected on the 1st of each month
-
£50.00 administration fee for failed payments
-
Service suspension after three failed attempts
6.2 Additional charges:
-
Billed monthly in arrears
-
Payment due within 14 days
-
Late payment interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate
7. Network Coverage
7.1 While we provide multi-network connectivity, we do not guarantee:

Network coverage
-
Network availability
-
Minimum connection speeds
8. Data Protection
8.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.parklive.uk/privacy-policy
8.2 We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
9. Liability
9.1 We are responsible for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any liability that cannot legally be limited
9.2 We are not liable for:

Business losses
-
Lost profits or revenue
-
Network coverage issues
-
Indirect or consequential losses
9.3 Our total liability is limited to charges paid in the previous 12 months
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We may change these terms with 30 days' notice

11. Disputes
11.1 English law applies to these terms
11.2 Disputes will be resolved through:
